Sunil Theruvel
Executive Director
Sunil is a highly skilled senior finance & accounting executive with an impressive 27 years of insurance company experience. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, sound operational capabilities, strong analytical skills, a profound knowledge of the insurance business and a deep understanding of accounting and financial management principles including IFRS 17.
With a proven track record of implementing effective financial strategies, Sunil has successfully guided numerous organizations towards financial stability and growth. Sunil possesses a comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, compliance procedures and risk management practices. He is extremely attentive to details and has an ability to quickly identify potential financial risks enabling him to not only detect but devise preventative measures (i.e. internal controls) and mitigate potential losses.
As a dedicated professional, Sunil is known for his strong work ethic, mentoring capability and commitment to excellence. He excels in financial technology automation, developing and maintaining robust financial reporting systems, analyzing complex financial data and presenting accurate and actionable insights to senior management. He has a proven ability to optimize financial systems and processes, streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency within organizations.
Sunil is a Senior Chartered Accountant and holds a Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate member of the Insurance Institute of India. He has worked in India, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania and Uganda. . Sunil leverages his experience from his over 24 years in a variety of progressive leadership roles including Assistant Vice-President Finance, Financial Controller, Head of Operational Finance and Finance Manager.

Robert Pereira
Director
Robert is a highly accomplished senior business executive with a passion for building, transforming, and operating various insurance company functions within emerging markets. Robert has over 32 years of progressive leadership positions in various functional and cross functional roles and has developed a deep understanding of strategy, finance & accounting, enterprise risk management, internal audit, and insurance operations. He has consistently built and mentored high performing finance and other functional teams, fostering a collaborative and result-oriented work environment. By effectively communicating financial information to senior management and stakeholders, he has earned their trust and established himself as a credible and influential leader within the organizations he has served.
As a strategic thinker, Robert has consistently contributed to driving revenue growth, enhancing profitability, and improving operational efficiency for the organizations he has served. Known for his ability to manage complex processes, analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights, he has been instrumental in developing and executing effective financial models and plans to support sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining Nybble Logics, Robert held various senior executive positions in insurance companies where he successfully led major financial initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, restructuring, cost optimization and system implementation projects. Robert leverages his experience in various leadership positions such as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Internal/External Auditor to deliver practical advice and tangible outcomes to clients. Robert qualified as a Canadian Chartered Accountant in 1989, is a graduate of McGill University, Montreal and Concordia University, Montreal. He has worked throughout Latin America, Africa and the Middle East in Multi-National and GCC insurers over his lengthy career.

With a strong foundation in information technology and a deep understanding of the insurance and other financial services industry, Prashant possesses a unique ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements, business operations and objectives. He has successfully led, managed and successfully delivered complex IT transformational projects and portfolios across various technologies for insurance and other financial services organizations enabling them to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and achieve strategic goals.
Prashant’s expertise spans a wide range of areas, including project management, systems integration, software implementation, risk management, infrastructure management and regulatory compliance. He has a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies and leveraging industry best practices to optimize processes and maximize productivity.
Throughout his career, Prashant has worked with renowned insurance and financial service companies in the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Puneet Sudan
Actuarial Lead
Puneet is a highly accomplished actuary with over 17 years of international experience in the fields of pricing, reserving, and product filing. He is both a UK and India qualified actuary providing him with solid reputable technical knowledge and dedicated to navigating the intricate landscape of financial risk management.
Throughout his career, Puneet has developed a deep understanding of diverse markets and regulatory environments. His expertise lies in assisting companies in setting competitive, optimized and profitable pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations and has established himself as a trusted professional in his field.
Puneet’s extensive experience in reserving has allowed him to accurately assess and manage risks for insurance companies, ensuring optimal financial stability. He possesses a keen understanding of actuarial methodologies, enabling him to provide valuable and innovative insights into the financial health of insurers and support their long-term growth.
Furthermore, Puneet has successfully handled numerous product filings in India, working closely with insurers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely approvals. His comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions has been instrumental in his offered services.
Puneet is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and an Economics Post–Graduate of the Delhi School of Economics. He has worked in India, New Zealand, and United Arab Emirates over his 17 years in a variety of progressive leadership roles including Signing Actuary of a leading Insurer in Oman, Signing Actuary for Reinsurer’s Branch offices in India, Review of the Profitability and Forecasted Profitability for a Takaful Company in Oman, Actuarial Peer Review of Appointed Actuaries as per the Institute of Actuaries of India Standards for 7 Insurance Companies, Analysis of one of the largest health schemes of Ex-Servicemen of Indian Defence forces and GAP and Impact Studies of Various IFRS 17 Projects.
